Weddings and Events can be very formal or informal events. These types of dishes suit a buffet style event. Waiter service is still available for hire to keep the event running smoothly. These dishes are perfect for Marquee Weddings when costs of kitchen hire can just be too much.

We can of course provide full sit down hot food service with Chef’s on site for more formal hot food. This would need to be looked at on an individual basis based on site facilities. Please email us with your details for a personal quote.
